On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, juicy blueberry, small notes of fleshy/juicy redcurrant associated with small touches of strawberry, liquorice as well as hints of cornflower, lily, chocolate, very fine hints of black tea, dark chocolate/mocha and a discreet hint of toasted almond.
