The nose is fruity, gourmand, elegant and offers a fine richness as well as a fine unctuous sensation. It reveals notes of fleshy strawberry, fleshy blackberry, small notes of bright cherry associated with small touches of bright blueberry, cornflower as well as fine hints of liquorice, bourbon vanilla pod, hazelnut, a very discreet hint of spices and an imperceptible hint of pepper. The palate is elegant, delicate and offers a beautiful finesse of the fat, a fine aerial side, deepness as well as a racy minerality, definition and an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/bright cassis, bright plum, small notes of bright cherry associated with touches of Boysen berry, cornflower as well as fine hints of lilac, liquorice, tonka bean, a very discreet hint of bourbon vanilla and a subtle hint of grey pepper. Good length. Tannins are elegant and supple. A finely powdered finish. What a delicacy!
