The nose is fresh, fruity and offers a small concentration as well as a good definition. It reveals notes of quince, fresh apricot, small notes of fresh/crunchy small yellow fruits associated with touches of zests, white flowers as well as fine hints of passion fruits, crunchy green apple, sense of the place (local biotope) and a discreet almost saline hint (in the background). The palate is fruity, beautifully racy and offers a good balance, juiciness, a beautiful minerality, finesse, energy as well as a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, fresh/crunchy Mirabelle, small notes of pear associated with touches of small yellow fruits, a racy minerality, very discreet hints of fresh apple flowers, fresh sage and an imperceptible hint of buttered brioche (in the background). Good length. Very fine hints of nutmeg and toasted/pastries appearing in the persistence/aftertaste.
