The nose is fruity, elegant, racy and offers a good definition. It reveals notes of violet plum, tobacco, small notes of wild strawberry associated with touches of small blue fruits, small black berries as well as hints of hot black olive, toasted/grilled oak and a subtle hint of cuben pepper. The palate is mineral, fresh, racy and offers juiciness, precision, energy, a small suavity, gourmandize, a good definition, a small straightness as well as a fine tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, juicy red berries, small notes of laurel berries associated with touches of cherry, hints of cardamom, chocolate, toasted/caramelization as well as fine hints of cardamom, chocolate, toasted/caramelization as well as fine hints of pepper and garrigue/sense of the place. Good length.
