The nose is fruity and offers intensity as well as a fine richness. It reveals notes of fleshy cherry, crushed blackberry, small notes of small berries associated with touches of crushed strawberry, violet as well as hints of crushed cassis, cornflower, fine hints of chocolate, toasted, a very discreet hint of garrigue and vanilla (in the background). The palate is fruity, elegant and offers juiciness, gourmandize, a fine acidulous frame, a beautiful definition, a fine tension as well as a beautiful purity of the fruit, a fine creaminess and freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, creamy cassis, small notes of crushed raspberry associated with touches of small red berries, pink laurel, a discreet hint of garrigue/laurel berries and an imperceptible hint of pepper (in the background). Good length. Tannins are elegant, racy and structuring. A beautiful persistence. A subtle power on the finish/persistence.
