The wine has a pale color against the bright melon. The nose is aromatic, fresh and fruity with notes of peach and Cavaillon melon. We also perceive floral touches of lemon blossom and orange blossom. The second nose is aromatic, delicious with a hint of licorice leaf as well as juicy peach. There is an exotic side that emerges with an imperceptible hint of passion fruit. The palate is fresh with present acidity. More discreet, the aromas are candy with mango, white peach and orange zest. The finish has a saline touch.
