The nose is fruity, beautifully built and offers power, complexity, a fine intensity as well as a good finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of cherry, crushed blackberry and small notes of plum associated with touches of Cuben pepper, tonka bean, violet as well as very discreet hint of Timut pepper. The palate is fine, fruity, well-balanced, structured, racy, very finely tight and offers juiciness, fleshiness, a small straightness (full of finesse), matter, roundness, minerality as well as an acidulous frame (in the background). On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy black cherry, juicy cassis and small notes of juicy strawberry, juicy red berries associated with touches of rose, violet as well as discreet hints of toasted, liquorice stick, nutmeg and vanilla. Tannins are elegant and well-built. Beautiful and gourmande persistence. There is a very discreet hint of chocolate and toasted almond on the persistence. A beautifully built wine!
