The nose is fresh and offers concentration, minerality as well as a slight richness. It reveals notes of flowers, plum and slight notes of berries associated with touches of cocoa, strawberry as well as subtle touches of cardamom and spices. The palate is fruity, juicy, suave, well-balanced, precise, straight and offers fat, an acid frame, fleshiness, a beautiful juiciness as well as a good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy raspberry, wild strawberry and small notes of fleshy Quetsche plum associated with fine touches of fleshy / juicy blueberry, toasted oak, licorice, cardamom as well as a very discreet hint of vanilla. Tannins are slightly chewy. Good length and good persistence. There is a hint of flowers on the persistence.
