The nose is fruity, mineral and offers a slight concentration. It reveals notes of lemon and slight notes of minerality/flint associated with hints of lemon zests, mandarin, touches of exotic fruits, quenette as well as a subtle hint of spices and leather. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a slight acid frame, a beautiful juiciness, gourmandise, a slight freshness, a racy minerality, straightness, tension, a beautiful roundness, fat as wel as a beautiful unctuosity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, orange and slight notes of yellow fruits, compoted mirabelle associated with slight hints of dried grape (in the background), a discreet hint of green lemon zests, apple as well as very slight toasted notes, vanilla and an imperceptible hint of butter. Good length and nice aromatic persistence.
