Domaine de Vezian – La Faune de Vezian 2023 – IGP Côtes Catalanes

The nose is fruity and offers a certain power, a stretched grain as well as a very fine mellowness. There are notes of yellow apple, small dried white fruits and small notes of flowers associated with a discreet sappy hint as well as a subtle hint of pepper. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, a tangy frame, minerality, precision, a certain roundness, a fine fat as well as a certain tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, yellow apple and small notes crushed yellow brugnon associated with touches of yellow flowers as well as a subtle almost acacia hint. Good length. A subtle almost tannic hint and toasted/vanilla in the background.
