The wine has a pale lemon yellow color, with slight golden reflections. The nose is distinguished, mineral and expresses aromas of limestone and wet stone in the background. After aeration, we find notes of honey, wax (in the background), hay, dried linden and acacia, as well as notes of juicy stone fruits (apricot, yellow peach) and citrus (candied lemon in the background, lemon zest, grapefruit). The palate is tasty and expressive. On the attack, we find notes of honey and wax, associated with a good bitterness of grapefruit, bitter almond and lime. We also smell notes of green apple, hay, dried lime and acacia. The finish is chiseled, thanks to salivating acidity, good bitterness and lingering flavors of green apple and lime juice. Good length, freshness and racy minerality.
