The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose is fresh and fragrant, with a delicate spicy and honeyed hint in the background. We find notes of fresh vanilla, a touch of cumin in the background, flower honey, a hint of wax and hay, a fragrant floral bouquet (apple blossom, honeysuckle, acacia), as well as stone fruits (apricot, nectarine, yellow plum) and citrus (grapefruit, lemon zest). After aeration, iodized and limestone mineral notes appear. The palate is chiseled, with a lively acidic structure and citrus notes on the attack (lemon, grapefruit, lime). Then, it expresses the flavors of green apple, tangy apricot, white peach, a floral touch of acacia and apple blossom, a hint of vanilla in the background, as well as a good bitterness of grapefruit and a mineral frame of limestone. The finish is persistent and expresses a sharp and salivating acidity, highlighted by an iodized note. A dynamic and precise wine.
