Domaine de Trois Noyers 2023 – Sancerre

The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose expresses the pronounced and typical notes of Sauvignon Blanc – green beans, passion fruit, gooseberries, lemon, grapefruit, combined with notes of limestone and white flowers (acacia, elderberry). The palate is lively, mineral (limestone, even a little dry and chalky). It also expresses the flavors of gooseberries, grapefruit, passion fruit, lemon, lime, as well as acacia and elderflower. The mid-palate is fragrant, chiselled and fruity. Good persistence, with a salivating citrus acidity, a vegetal touch of green beans and a hint of good bitterness.
