The nose is fruity and offers power and a beautiful fine grain. It reveals notes of Boysenberry, cassis, plum associated with fine touches of violet, cornflower, racy minerality as well as discreet hints of nutmeg, toasted, caramelization and chocolate. The palate is fruity and offers tension, a fine fat as well as a beautiful acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh cherry, juicy/fresh blackberry and small notes of cassis associated with a touch of plum, violet/rose as well as discreet hints of tonka bean. Tannins are fine, structuring and racy. Good length.
