(45°) The nose is fine, elegant, aromatic and offers a slight richness as well as gourmandise. It reveals notes of Zante currant, leather, baked banana and slight hints of white pepper associated with a discreet hint of cacao, toasted oak, molasses, vanilla as well as a subtle hint of compoted yellow fruits and an imperceptible hint of peach in the background. The palate is fruity, fine, well-balanced, slightly powerful (in the background) and offers a fine fat, suavity as well as a fine unctuosity. In the mouth this Rum expresses notes of mirabelle, yellow fruits and slight notes of quince associated with a very discreet hint of apricot, a slight touh of dried yellow grape, leather, nutmeg, a subtle hint of molasses as well as a very discreet hint of blond tobacco and a woody hint/cedar wood. Good length and persistence.
