Domaine de Savagny – Crémant du Jura Brut-12%

The bubble is rapid, the foam is compact. This crémant has a beautiful clear and shiny light straw yellow color. The first nose is fresh and fruity with a nice intensity. We have notes of fresh apple but also pear. We also perceive a hint of juicy white peach and lemon zest. With air, a saline side appears with a fresh minerality. The palate is also fresh with discreet aromatics. The effervescence is dynamic. We have a hint of salinity which fills the mid-palate. There is texture but the aroma remains light with notes of white grape, apple and a discreet hint of petroleum. The finish is fine.
