The nose is fruity, aromatic and offers power, a small freshness as well as a fine intensity. There are notes of mirabelle plum, fleshy yellow apple and small notes of crushed yellow peach associated with fine touches of cider, fresh pineapple as well as small hints of lemon blossom, dried fruits, very discreet hints of beeswax, spices and an imperceptible hint of butter brioche. The palate is fresh, fruity, well-balanced and offers minerality, a fine acidulous frame, tension, dynamism, a small aerial side as well as a very fine unctuosity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / acidulous lemon, juicy / acidulous yellow peach and small notes of cider associated with small touches of juicy pineapple, racy spices, fine hints of lemon blossom, racy minerality as well as a very discreet hint of almond and buttered brioche / biscuit. Good length. A fine saline / sapide hint on the finish / persistence.
