(75% Grenache, 25% Syrah) The wine has a medium intensity ruby color. The nose is aromatic, juicy and offers lots of fruit, gourmandize and a refreshing acidity. It expresses notes of tart red cherry, black plum, strawberry and touches of roasted and jammy red fruits (roasted red cherry, raspberry coulis), which appear on the second nose, accompanied by a spicy touch of white pepper and smoke in the background. The palate is juicy, fluid (in a good way), supple and airy. It expresses notes of crushed strawberry, roasted red cherry, raspberry coulis, black plum and tart red cherry, associated with touches of white pepper, subtle hints of roasted herbs and smoke. The tannins are fine, perceptible on the persistence, and associated with a salivating acidity and a good bitterness. A juicy and accessible wine.
