The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/acidulous frame, a racy minerality, tension, energy, finesse as well as a beautiful fine and silky material. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/ripe cassis, juicy/ripe blackberry and small notes of red berries/red fruits associated with a touch of cornflower, black cherry, liquorice as well as hints of racy minerality and a discreet hint of cardamom/spices. Tannins are well-built and very finely firm. Sapidity/suavity on the finish.
