The nose is fresh, aromatically intense with notes of toast, butter, and pine sap. There is also fruit with touches of candied apricot and roasted yellow peach. There is a good balance in the nose between gourmandize and complexity of the wood. The second nose opens more delicately with hints of toasted coconut and iodine. The palate is fresh, fruity, and we find the aromatics of the nose. The balance between wood, butter, toast, and juicy fresh fruit brings complexity. There are notes of apricot, peach, and pear. There is a saline note that appears in the mid-palate until the finish. There is a touch of butter as well as toasted almond and baked apple. Beautiful gastronomic wine.
