The wine is pale with a melon color. It is clear and shiny. The first nose is fresh and discreet with aromas of crushed raspberry and white peach. The second nose is a little deeper, this time with crushed blackberries, but also cherries and fine notes of orange zest. The tasting is supple, fresh. We find roundness with fruits such as apple, orange zest but also small cherry. We also perceive a little coconut and cooked peach. The acidity is present in the background until the finish. The end of the tasting is slightly vinous on lemon blossom and apple.
