The nose offers fruit, deepness, a good definition as well as tension. There are notes of zest, kumquat and small notes of crunchy yellow peach associated with fine touches of mandarin as well as fine hints of flowers and a hint of sense of the place (local biotop). The palate is beautifully juicy, fruity and offers gourmandise, a nice straightness in finesse / precision. In mouth this wine expresses notes of quince, juicy/fresh kumquat and small notes of zest associated with touches of juicy/pulpy yellow peach as well as varietal hints, almost fresh lilac and olive leaf. An almost juicy pineapple hint, even discreetly roasted in the background. This wine offers roundness as well as delicacy in its fat.
