Domaine de Ravanes – Le Renard Blanc 2023 – IGP Pays d’Hérault

A beautiful, brilliant nose offering purity, a chiselled side, fine power, a good definition, precision as well as an airy side. We find notes of bright white peach, lychee and small notes of iodine associated with hints of fresh mandarin, mandarin zest as well as discreet hints of fresh pineapple and a discreet hint of fresh sweet spices. The palate is beautifully pulpy and offers roundness, a small fat, gourmandise, a tangy frame, precision as well as a small suppleness. In mouth this wine expresses notes of lychee, juicy/corainte vine peach and small notes of pulpy physalis associated with fine iodized touches as well as hints of ripe citrus fruit and a discreet, almost acacia hint and menthol hint. Good length. Good persistence with a subtle hint of zest. A delicate wine offering gourmandise. A hint of varietal in the background.
