The nose is aromatic, racy and offers sappiness, a certain power as well as intensity. There are notes of racy minerality, fresh garrigue and small notes of quince associated with touches of creamy small yellow fruits, fresh olive tree as well as a discreet hint of volatile. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, an acidulous frame, precision tension, suppleness, minerality, energy as well as a small vibrant side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, brigh yellow peach and small notes citrus fruits associated with a touch of physalis, fine hints of zest as well as a discreet hint of local garrigue/fresh flowers, almost olive and iodized (in the background). Good length. A very discreet toasted hint in the background. The finish is chiselled.
