The nose is fruity and offers a spicy, ripe side as well as a fine, racy, powerful as well as a stretched grain. It reveals notes of ripe mirabelle plum, pepper, sense of place (local biotop) / local garrigue associated with touches of yellow apple, nutmeg as well as discreet hints of almost dry soil. The palate is beautifully gourmand, well-balanced, supple and offers suavity, a tangy structure, tension, energy, a fine stretched side, harmony as well as a beautiful, round and balanced matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, pulpy/juicy mirabelle plum and small notes of citrus associated with touches of apricot as well as fine hints of almost pineapple, almost dry local garrigue and a subtle hint of gravels in the background. Good length. A beautiful suave and gourmand persistence. Good persistence.
