The nose is aromatic, elegant and quite fine. It reveals notes of cornflower, blueberry and small notes of blackberry, strawberry associated with a touch of garrigue, black olive, subtle hints of spices as well as a very discreet hint of wood, cocoa and Sichuan pepper. The mouth is fresh, mineral, fruity, fine, nicely balanced, gourmand, silky, elegant and offers juiciness, straightness as well as complexity. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of fleshy / crushed raspberry, fresh strawberry, blueberry and small notes of blackberry combined with fine touches of cornflower / violet and subtle hints of zan, tobacco as well as an imperceptible hint of of toasted / caramelized oak. Tannins are fine, elegant and very slightly firm. The persistance is finely powerful and offers a hint of cocoa. A beautiful wine! (2020+)
