The nose is spicy, racy, elegant and offers depth. It reveals notes of blackberry, local scrubland and more slightly of crushed strawberry associated with touches of violet / purple plum as well as a fine hint of gray pepper. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, fat, roundness, elegance, a certain roundness, race as well as a little straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / crushed blackberry, pulpy / crushed raspberry and more slightly of creamy / crushed redcurrants associated with touches of plum, local scrubland, thyme, fine hints of olive leaf, of black olive as well as a very discreet hint of undergrowth and mocha. Tannins are precise and finely structured. A wine full of precision and which offers a beautiful power on the finish.
