The nose is fruity, fresh and offers power, concentration, a fine unctuosity as well as deepness. It reveals notes of Mirabelle plum, physalis and small notes of pear associated with touches of quince and fine hints of flowers, butter as well as very discreet hints of anis and spices. The palate is fruity, frank, well-balanced and offers juiciness, tension, straightness, gourmandize, a beautiful precision as well as suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, fleshy mirabelle plum and small notes of citrus associated with a discreet touch of exotic fruits, almond as well as discreet hints of toasted oak, hazelnut, a very fine hint of saline minerality (in the background). A very beautiful persistence on chew and gourmandize.
