The nose is aromatic, gourmand and offers a beautiful elegance as well as a beautiful softness. It reveals notes of mirabelle plum, fleshy yellow peach and small notes of mountain flowers associated with fine touches of vanilla, butter as well as a very discreet muscated hint. The palate is fruity, elegant, soft, delicate and offers a beautiful acidulous frame, fat, suavity, a beautiful minerality, a very fine unctuosity, a beautiful guideline, a beautiful balance as well as a beautiful definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of mirabelle plum, quince and small notes of butter associated with small touches of green apple, yellow peach, small yellow fruits, muscat, mountain flower and a touch of almond. Good length and beautiful persistence.
