The nose is a bit closed, smoky, needs time to open up. After the aeration it shows notes of fresh cut grass, gooseberries, blackcurrant leaf, still some smokiness and gunpowder. The palate is fresh and juicy, revealing nuances of ripe yellow lemons, pomelos, pear drops, with a touch of pleasant bitterness on the finish.
