Domaine de Mandourelle, L’Âmes de mes ancêtres 2023 – Esth Toy – IGP Vallée du Paradis

The nose offers a certain concentration, purity in its deepness, silkiness as well as a nice graphite grain. We find notes of wild blackberry, red berries and small notes of balsamic associated with hints of flowers as well as a hint of sweet pepper. The palate is nicely built, fruity, well-balanced and offers freshness, tension, suppleness as well as precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of boysenberry, pulpy/juicy cherry and small notes of fresh red berries associated with touches of fresh balsamic as well as floral hints and an almost thyme/infusion hint (in the background). Good length. A wine that offers beautiful freshness, silkiness and juiciness.
