Domaine de Mamdourelle – L’Âme de mes ancêtres 2023 – IGP Vallée du Paradis

The nose offers a certain concentration as well as a small power. There are notes of quince, local soil (terroir) / racy minerality and small notes of small ripe / fresh fruits associated with a discreet floral hint / sense of place (local biotop). The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, gourmandise as well as a tangy structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy yellow apple, bright mirabelle plum and small notes of quince associated with touches of juicy/pulpy Brugnon as well as hints of white flowers and a subtle almost verbena hint. A salty/iodine touch on the finish/persistence. A very discreet hint of sappy/fresh sap in the background.
