The nose is fruity, racy and offers a small pulpy fruit as well as a fine SO2 side. This wine should be decanted. It reveals notes of plum, strawberry, small notes of small pulpy red fruits associated with touches of plum flowers, cherry blossom, vanilla pod as well as hints of dry local grove and discreet hints of nutmeg. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, squared and offers juiciness, freshness, a certain minerality, precision, a certain energy as well as a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy cherry, fleshy/juicy raspberry, small notes of fresh/crunchy violet plum associated with touches of small crushed red berries, plum flowers, liquorice stick/Badiane, kirsch cherry, caramelization as well as fine hints of toasted and fresh hazelnut. Tannins are finely tight and very discreetly firm.
