The wine shows a medium ruby colour with a purple hue. The nose is intense, with expressive notes of red and black cherries, a touch of cassis and some animalistic nuances. The palate is juicy and vibrant, even a bit fizzy, revealing elevated, crisp acidity, intense fruitiness and ripe, slightly chalky tannins. On the palate the wine shows nuances of cherry compote, kirsch, a touch of cloves and pungent spices, all against animalistic background. A wine made in a low-intervention style. Glou-glou!
