The wine has a bright ruby color, with purple tints. The nose is gourmand, very fruity and juicy. It expresses aromas of crushed ripe red cherry, morello cherry, red currant, elderberry, combined with notes of peony, juniper berries, as well as a hint of hay. The palate is tangy and straight. It expresses the flavors of red cherry, red currant, cranberries, crushed raspberry, combined with a touch of blackcurrant, peony (in the background) and cut grass. The acidity is lively and salivating. The tannins are grippy and slightly bitter. The finish is moderately persistent, tangy.
