(organic, predominance of Grenache) The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The nose is ripe, fruity, dense, but at the same time airy. It expresses the aromas of crushed strawberry, morello cherry, ripe blackcurrant (even crème de cassis), roasted red cherry and raspberry coulis, associated with fine herbal touches that bring freshness (dried mint, rosemary, a touch of blackcurrant leaf), as well as a hint of liquorice, toast and cumin in the background. The palate is chiseled, straight and tangy, with a good bitterness and a tangy hint of bird cherry. It expresses the tangy notes of bigarreau cherry, blackcurrant, raspberry, as well as morello cherry and redcurrant, associated with touches of liquorice, blackcurrant leaves (more noticeable in the mouth than in the nose), fresh rosemary and cumin in the background. The finish is rather persistent, lively, tangy and salivating, with a good bitterness and slightly grippy tannins.
