Domaine de l’Odylée « La Généreuse » 2020 – Côtes du Rhône

The wine has a ruby ​​color of medium intensity. The nose expresses notes of roasted fruits, even jam. We find aromas of prunes, roasted red cherry, crushed strawberry, fresh blackcurrant and raspberry coulis, associated with hints of liquorice, fresh rosemary, thyme, as well as toast and violet and lilac in the background. The palate is juicy, especially fruity and slightly woody. It expresses notes of crushed strawberry, black plum, prunes, juicy morello cherry, as well as raspberry coulis and blackcurrant in the background. We also find a hint of toast, chocolate and liquorice. The tannins are fine, very slightly grippy, but not dry. Beautiful salivating acidity and good length on a pleasant bitterness.
