The nose is fresh with notes of almond and walnut. The second nose opens, more powerful. There are saline as well as fruity notes of apple and lychee. It’s discreet. The palate is fresh with touches of apple and lemon. The acidity is very present from the start. The tasting remains discreet with a salivating salinity at the end and a lovely floral note of honey leaf at the finish.
