Domaine de L’Ecette – Mazières 2015 – Rully

The nose is fresh, fruity, elegant, complex, fine and offers a fine intensity. The wine needs to be decanted. It reveals notes of pear, quince and small notes of crushed Brugnon associated with hints of lychee, vanilla and an imperceptible touch of lemon zest (in the background). The palate is fruity, juicy, suave and offers a fine acid frame, an aerial side, a beautiful balance, a beautiful finesse / delicacy, a small dynamism as well as a beautiful gourmandise. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy lemon and juicy peach associated with small notes of crushed brugnon, quenette as well as a discreet hint of quenette / exotic fruits and an imperceptible hint of almond (in the background). Good length and good persistence (with hints of lime zest, almond).
