The nose offers a small freshness. It reveals notes of Mirabelle, candied kumquat, small notes of bee wax associated with small touches of roasted pineapple, small yellow fruits and a hint of acacia flowers. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers minerality, freshness, a fine straightness as well as a small juiciness and a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied kumquat, dry apricot, small notes of roasted pineapple associated with small touches of lemon as well as discreet hints of acacia flowers and mandarine zests. A very discreet hint of almond on the persistence/aftertaste. Good length.
