The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The nose expresses mainly fruit, with a mineral and peppery touch. We find notes of tart red cherry, ripe strawberry, morello cherry, crushed blackcurrant and blackberry, associated with a hint of white pepper, a mentholated touch (reminiscent of liquorice) and slightly earthy. The palate is juicy, gourmet, on the fruit. It expresses notes of crushed morello cherry (even cherry with kirsch with a touch of cherry stone), strawberry, crushed blackberry and blackcurrant, associated with a touch of liquoriceand white pepper in the background. The tannins are silky, almost imperceptible. The finish is moderately persistent, with a supple acidity, but balanced in the profile of the wine and an earthy mineral hint in the background.
