The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The nose is fruity, fresh and airy, with a certain complexity. It expresses notes of red cherry, dried blackcurrant, morello cherry, roasted red cherry, strawberry, redcurrant, as well as cherry stone (in the background), a slight woody hint (toasted aromas, liquorice, hazelnut and a very slight hint of dark chocolate), as well as a herbaceous touch of rosemary and a hint of violet. The palate offers a certain breadth and texture, a salivating acidity and perceptible but melted tannins. It expresses notes of morellocherry, cherry jam, blackberry, strawberry and blackcurrant, associated with touches of cocoa, toasted hazelnut, liquorice and rosemary. The finish is gourmet, lively and fresh, moderately persistent. Good bitterness at the end of the mouth.
