It reveals notes of fresh/ripe wild blackberry, violet, cornflowers and small notes of pulpy cassis, crushed wild strawberry associated with touches of pulpy Bigarreau cherry, fleshy plum, licorice, black olive, hints of fresh local garrigue, green cardamom as well as fine toasted hints, fresh tea, toasted hazelnut and chocolate. The palate is fresh, mineral, elegant, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, gourmandize, a fine acidulous frame, tension, roundness, volume, a beautiful freshness, a racy minerality, a fine concentration as well as a beautiful, pulpy / juicy and precise fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy cassis, fleshy plum and small notes of juicy / fresh Bigarreau cherry associated with touches of fleshy / juicy raspberry, small red fruits, violet, cherry blossoms, toasted hints, chocolate, toasted almond, camphor as well as a discreet hint of Bourbon vanilla bean and black olive. Tannins are elegant and well-built. Presence of a very fine chew on the finish / persistence.
