The wine has a bright pale ruby color. The nose is chiseled, tangy, fresh and fruity. It expresses notes of fresh raspberry, strawberry, bigarreau cherry, tangy red plum, as well as fresh blackcurrant, blackcurrant bud (in the background), a very light sappy touch, a hint of dark chocolate, Mediterranean herbs in the background, as well as liquorice, white pepper and a gourmet hint of raspberry coulis. The palate is juicy, with a gourmet and enveloping attack, as well as a delicate bitter hint. It expresses flavors of wild strawberry, ripe bigarreau cherry, dried cherry in the background, tangy raspberry, red plum, associated with a fine floral bouquet (violet, dried rose), a touch of dark chocolate, which brings bitterness, licorice, white pepper and sap. The tannins are tight, but fine and velvety. Good persistence with a refreshing acidity and a hint of bitterness.
