Domaine de l’Amauve, Laurances 2023 – Côtes du Rhône Villages Séguret

The wine has a bright pale ruby ​​color. The nose is chiseled, tangy, fresh and fruity. It expresses notes of fresh raspberry, strawberry, bigarreau cherry, tangy red plum, as well as fresh blackcurrant, blackcurrant bud (in the background), a very light sappy touch, a hint of dark chocolate, Mediterranean herbs in the background, as well as liquorice, white pepper and a gourmet hint of raspberry coulis. The palate is juicy, with a gourmet and enveloping attack, as well as a delicate bitter hint. It expresses flavors of wild strawberry, ripe bigarreau cherry, dried cherry in the background, tangy raspberry, red plum, associated with a fine floral bouquet (violet, dried rose), a touch of dark chocolate, which brings bitterness, licorice, white pepper and sap.
