The nose is fresh, fruity, racy and offers concentration as well as a fine grain. It reveals notes of black cherry, blackberry and small notes of fleshy Gariguette strawberry associated with touches of fleshy / ripe cassis, hints of plum, licorice, spices, very slight hints of cardamom, tonka bean as well as an imperceptible hint of violet flowers and vanilla. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced, elegant and offers a good definition, a fine straightness / tension, a very fine grain, a beautiful suavity, a beautiful juiciness, dynamism as well as a juicy / acidulous frame. Beautiful quality of the fruit! Lace ! On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, crunchy / juicy wild red berries and small notes of wild strawberry associated with small touches of fleshy / juicy / crunchy cassis as well as slight hints of spices, Tonka beans, flowers, liquorice and discreet toasted hints / toasted almond toasted on the finish. Beautiful persistence with touches of dark chocolate and hazelnut. A beautiful and gourmand wine!
