The nose is fruity, elegant, complex and offers a multi layer side, deepness as well as a beautiful sense of the detail. It reveals notes of blackberry, bigarreau cherry, small notes of fleshy strawberry associated with touches of grey pepper, small flowers/violet as well as hints of sense of the place/local garrigue, fine hints of mild tobacco and an imperceptible hint of fresh nutmeg. The palate is fruity, mineral, elegant, racy, finely tight and offers a beautiful definition, a beautiful finesse in its complexity, a stretchy side as well as a very fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, bright/fleshy plum, small notes of fleshy cherry associated with touches of pulpy/juicy raspberry, hints of vanilla, toasted, tonka bean, black olive as well as discreet hints of sense of the place and an imperceptible hint of olive tree. Tannins are precise, elegant and supple. Good length. A beautiful aromatic and gourmand persistence.
