The nose is elegant and offers freshness, concentration as well as a beautiful aromatic finesse. It reveals notes of black cherry, fleshy boysenberry and small notes of strawberry associated with touches of ripe red berries, violets, hints of gray pepper, nutmeg as well as very discreet hints of minerality racy and a very discreet hint of sense of place. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant, slightly on the reserve and offers fleshiness, a beautiful firmness, a beautiful gourmandise, a fine juiciness, a very fine unctuosity, precision, freshness as well as an acidulous / juicy frame . On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy raspberry, fleshy blackberry and small notes of fleshy / crushed cassis associated with slight touches of Bigarreau cherry, hints of chocolate, toasted oak / caramelized oak and a very discreet hint of vanilla. Tannins are elegant. It needs to be put in carafe.
