The nose is elegant and offers a very fine concentration and a very beautiful finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of black cherry/griotte, ripe raspberry and small notes of fleshy/ripe cassis associated with touches of zan, thyme flowers, sense of the place as well as hints of vanilla. The palate is fruity, fresh, elegant and offers a beautiful finesse, tension, harmony as well as a beautiful concentration/finesse. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe/fleshy red cherry, griotte and small notes cassis associated with fine touches of fleshy/fresh raspberry, zan as well as discreet hints of black olive, sense of the place and tea. Tannins are fine, elegant and tight. Good length.
