The nose is expressive, gourmand and toasted, with distinct notes of sweet spices. First, aromas of toasted hazelnut, toasted wood, vanilla, even caramel, a touch of almond praline as well as notes of ripe fresh citrus fruits and gourmand roasts (candied lemon peel, grapefruit jam, blood orange and fresh lemon), exotic fruits and stone fruits (passion fruit, pineapple, yellow peach), honey, acacia and apple blossom. The palate is elegant, subtle and enveloping, with an attack on juicy stone fruits (white peach, hint of apricot), associated with flavors of fresh citrus fruits (yellow lemon, grapefruit, blood orange, a smoky hint of bergamot), pineapple and passion fruit. We also find the sweet side of white flowers (acacia, apple blossoms), a toasted and spicy touch are more delicate and only come out at the end of the mouth (fresh and toasted hazelnut, fresh wood, vanilla in the background). Beautiful acidity, airy side and freshness. The nose is expressive and the mouth is subtle and elegant.
