The nose is racy and offers a fine concentration. It reveals notes of Quetsche plum, cherry and slight notes of raspberry / strawberry combined with hints of spice, Sichuan pepper as well as a hint of violet, and very discreet touches of mocha / liquorice stick. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy, fluid and offers a slight mineral frame (racy minerality), fat, tension / straightness as well as a good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, juicy plum and slight notes of juicy raspberry combined with hints of redcurrant, liquorice stick, flowers as well as discreet touch of spices.
